Relationship Officer - Banking Products | Remote Work Model: Remote (India) Shift: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM IST Experience: 1-3 years Job Purpose Achieve monthly KPIs and assigned sales targets. Maintain high productivity and efficiency in telesales activities. Ensure no mis-selling and maintain adherence to discipline and punctuality. Continuously follow up with customers to close sales effectively. Participate in daily team huddles and meet team commitments. Key Responsibilities Follow verification policies and comply with banking procedures/regulations. Update systems based on customer interactions. Meet KPI targets, including card acquisition goals. Promote banking products through calls and understand customer needs to recommend solutions. Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve complaints promptly. Maintain accurate records of approvals, requests, and reports. Compile daily/monthly team reports and MIS. Skills & Knowledge Strong sales focus and ability to think creatively under pressure. Excellent people management and communication skills. Analytical and adaptable, with computer proficiency. Team-oriented with a result-driven attitude. Ideal Candidate Profile 1-3 years in telesales or a similar environment. Ability to manage customer issues and provide effective solutions.
