Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hathras for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders, promoting financial products, analyzing client requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include identifying sales opportunities, achieving targets, and providing exceptional customer service to optimize clients’ experience and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to foster and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of Finance concepts and practices relevant to NBFC operations
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders
Experience in Customer Service with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction
Proven Sales skills and the ability to identify and convert opportunities into successful business outcomes
Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the financial services industry or a similar role is an advantage
