Identify and source potential customers interested in housing loans through direct sales, channel partners, builders, and referrals.
Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to clients.
Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other partners to generate leads.
Assess customer eligibility, collect necessary documents, and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for home loan disbursement.
Provide excellent post-sales support and resolve customer queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Track market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to management.
