Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 25-27 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
