Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Nashik. The Relationship Officer will build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and promote financial products such as gold loans and other services. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, offering suitable financial solutions, managing sales activities, and achieving branch-level targets. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the business’s growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance
Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
Experience in Sales with the ability to achieve targets and drive results
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business objectives
Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
Prior experience in financial services or banking is a plus
