Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Sales and business development:
Promote and sell life insurance policies to new and existing customers through various direct channels, such as contact centers or branch sales.
Customer relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide excellent post-sales service.
Performance monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like case rates, paid cases, and premium targets to monitor team and individual performance.
Lead generation and conversion:
Generate leads and convert them into sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Required skills and qualifications

Sales and communication:
Proven sales experience (preferably in insurance), strong negotiation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication are essential.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and team management qualities for roles involving team management.
Product knowledge:
Familiarity with different life insurance products and their benefits.
Customer service:
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Other skills:
Proficiency with CRM software and other computer systems, and a self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is often required, and some roles may benefit from certifications in finance or insurance
