Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer at our Malpura location. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing financial advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling sales inquiries, and supporting clients' financial needs and business growth. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
Finance knowledge and Financial Advisory skills
Strong Communication and Sales skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working in the finance industry is a plus
