Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in sales or customer service.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
