Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. Process loan applications from various channels (walk-ins, phone calls, emails) while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Conduct field visits to assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers and verify collateral assets for secured loans. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in sales or relationship management in an NBFC or banking industry. Strong understanding of education loan, personal loan, home loan, gold loan, business loan, mortgage loan products. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong rapport with customers at all levels.
