Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer based in Veraval. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, identifying and developing sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include assessing financial needs, promoting the company’s housing finance products, and supporting customers through the loan application and approval processes. Additionally, the role involves achieving sales targets and collaborating with team members to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Relationship Management skills to build rapport with clients and maintain a professional network
• Understanding of Finance and related processes to effectively assess customer needs and guide them through the loan process
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interactions with customers and team members
• Proven Customer Service and Sales experience to address customer concerns and achieve sales goals
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the housing finance or banking sector is an advantage
