Job Description

A wealth Relationship Manager (RM) candidate typically needs strong financial knowledge, relationship-building skills, and experience in the wealth management industry, especially with high-net-worth (HNI) clients. They should possess skills in portfolio management, financial planning, and client acquisition, while also being adept at developing and maintaining client relationships.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Financial Expertise: A deep understanding of investment products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.), market trends, and financial planning principles is essential.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNI clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored solutions are crucial.
  • Sales and Business Development: Wealth RM candidates should be able to acquire new clients, generate revenue, and grow the client base.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, is vital for interacting with clients and presenting complex financial information in an understandable manner.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Wealth RMs need to analyze client needs, assess risk, and develop appropriate investment strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with a range of financial products, including those offered by the employer, is important.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is often a minimum requirement, and advanced degrees or certifications (like CFP) may be advantageous.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related fields is generally expected.

  • Developing and managing relationships with HNI clients.

  • Staying updated on market trends and financial products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
