Role & responsibilities

Rm at Wealth India is primarily responsible for recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors within a designated territory, driving sales of mutual fund products through them, achieving individual and team sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service; their key responsibilities include lead generation, advisor training, relationship building with clients, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities of a RM at Wealth India:

  • Recruitment and Team Building: Actively source and recruit potential financial advisors to build a strong sales team within the assigned territory.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to select qualified candidates.

Onboard new advisors by providing comprehensive training on Wealth India products, sales

processes, and compliance regulations.

  • Sales Performance Management: Set individual sales targets for each advisor based on market potential and business objectives.

Monitor advisor performance against sales targets, identifying areas for improvement and

providing necessary coaching.

Motivate and incentivize advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Identify potential client needs and recommend suitable investment solutions from Wealth

India's product portfolio.

Address client concerns and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Conduct presentations and workshops to educate potential clients about Wealth India

investment products.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with other financial institutions to generate leads.

  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales activities comply with SEBI regulations and internal compliance guidelines.

Monitor advisor activities to identify potential compliance risks and address them promptly.

  • Training and Development: Deliver ongoing training sessions for advisors on new product launches, market trends, and sales techniques.

Provide mentorship and coaching to support advisor career development.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, particularly mutual funds
  • Understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies
  • Compliance awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • NISM 5A Certification will be added advantage
