Job Description: PMS, AIF & Capital Markets Revenue Computation Position Title - Senior Executive - Revenue & Operations (PMS, AIF & Capital Markets) Department - Finance / Operations / MIS & Revenue Assurance Location - Bangalore Role Overview This role is responsible for end-to-end revenue computation, reconciliation, and reporting for PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), and other capital markets products. The position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of capital market instruments, and proficiency in coordinating with internal teams, product partners, custodians, and auditors. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Computation & Validation Compute PMS and AIF revenue on a monthly/quarterly basis in line with fee structures (Management Fee, Performance Fee, Hurdle Rates, High-Water Marks, etc.). Calculate Trail, Upfront, Brokerage, and other incentive-based revenues for various capital market products. Validate revenue receivables with partner statements, custodians, and product houses. Ensure accuracy of accruals and provisions based on MIS. 2. Data Management & Reconciliation Maintain detailed client-wise and product-wise revenue trackers. Reconcile revenue collections with bank statements, MIS data, and Tally/ERP. Identify gaps, short payments, missing entries, and coordinate for resolution. Match PMS/AIF transaction files with partner systems. 3. MIS & Financial Reporting Prepare monthly MIS for PMS, AIF, and other capital market revenues. Present variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. Support month-end closing, revenue recognition, and audit schedules. Provide reports for senior management and business teams. 4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Work closely with PMS/AIF product teams, custodians, distributors, and partner AMCs. Follow up for timely invoices, payment confirmations, and reconciliations. Coordinate with auditors for revenue-related documentation and explanations. 5. Compliance & Controls Ensure all computations adhere to SEBI PMS/AIF guidelines. Maintain audit trails, working papers, and supporting documents. Strengthen internal controls to avoid revenue leakage. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of PMS, AIF, MF, Equity, F&O, and Capital Market revenue structures. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query preferred). Experience in MIS, revenue accounting, or financial operations. Ability to handle high-volume data with accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Tally, or similar accounting software. Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter 2 to 8 years of experience in revenue computation, PMS/AIF operations, or capital market back-office.
