Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to identify and recruit prospective FundsIndia Partners. Explain the FundsIndia Partner program, its benefits, and growth opportunities effectively. Address queries and provide detailed information to potential partners. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to onboard them successfully. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and recruitment progress. Achieve recruitment targets within the stipulated time frame. Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone. Basic understanding of financial services and mutual funds is an advantage. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred. Target-driven and self-motivated. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, or sales roles.
