About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the gaming, metaverse, and Web3/blockchain ecosystem. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction, fostering partnerships, and driving growth opportunities across our platforms and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with gaming studios, NFT projects, blockchain startups, and metaverse platforms.
• Business Growth & Retention: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue and project adoption.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the liaison between clients/partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure client expectations are met and deliverables are on time.
• Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in gaming, NFTs, metaverse, and blockchain.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track relationship metrics, client satisfaction, and partnership outcomes, providing regular reports to management.
• Event Representation: Represent the company at virtual or in-person events, conferences, AMAs, and community forums to strengthen relationships.
