Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Secured Micro Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)

Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve business and disbursement targets for LAP / Secured Micro Loans.
Plan and execute sales strategies in line with area targets.

DSA & Channel Management

Develop and manage DSA relationships for lead generation and business sourcing.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and relationship health of DSA network.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

Source new customers in the SME / self-employed segment.
Maintain long-term relations with existing clients for repeat and cross-sell business.

Operational & Portfolio Management

Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams for timely sanction/disbursement.
Maintain high-quality loan portfolio with minimal delinquencies.

Market & Competition Awareness

Track local market trends, competitor pricing, and offerings.
Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
