Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Vishakhapatnam. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing insurance consultation, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, policy servicing, claims assistance, and coordination with various distribution channels to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in insurance consultation and policy servicing
Sales and business development expertise with strategic thinking
Client management and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in using digital platforms and technology
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
