Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun for the role of Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors, identifying prospective investors, and educating them on the company’s financial products and services. Regular tasks include handling client inquiries, providing financial solutions, achieving business targets, monitoring investments, and fostering customer loyalty. The role requires adherence to company values of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management, customer service, and ability to foster long-term business partnerships
• Understanding of financial products, market trends, and asset management practices
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in sales, business development, and achieving performance targets
• Ability to analyze financial requirements and develop tailored investment solutions
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in financial planning or investment will be an advantage
