Ummeed Housing Finance Private Limited (Ummeed) is a housing finance company registered with the National Housing Bank (NHB). Specializing in providing home loans and loans against property to lower and middle-income Indian families, Ummeed focuses on customers with informal incomes who have limited access to organized finance. With options ranging from INR 3 to 50 lakhs, Ummeed offers customized loans for diverse needs such as home purchase, construction, improvements, and extensions. Our team of experienced professionals ensures fast processing and personalized service to meet varied customer requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dwarka for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assessing loan eligibility, processing loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include interacting with customers, understanding their financial needs, guiding them through the loan process, and providing doorstep services. The role also involves fast-tracking loan processing, conducting specialized assessments based on the customer’s business or trade, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Excellent customer relationship management skills
Experience in assessing loan eligibility and processing loan applications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of housing finance and loan products
Prior experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
