Identify and onboard new B2B clients while maintaining strong retention of existing accounts.
Achieve monthly and annual
sales and renewal targets
for motor insurance products.
Understand clients business needs and provide
tailored insurance solutions
and quotations.
Coordinate with the
underwriting, claims, and operations teams
to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.
Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and renewal data in CRM systems.
Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and policy reviews.
Handle
policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance
for corporate customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to
regulatory and company compliance
guidelines in all sales activities.
