Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager in the Sales & Distribution Wealth Management/Asset Management industry, your role will involve driving mutual fund sales, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding distribution channels within the BFSI/Asset Management sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales of mutual fund products and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans. - Acquiring new clients through networking, references, open market activities, and channel partners. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions. - Coordinating with internal teams and branches for smooth business operations. - Conducting and organizing Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs) to enhance product knowledge and client engagement. - Ensuring adherence to sales processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. - Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers. - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to secure repeat business. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales within the BFSI or Asset Management industry. - NISM Series V-A Certification (mandatory to be clearly mentioned in the CV). - Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
