Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Nohar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client portfolios, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include identifying client needs, offering tailored financial products and services, analyzing financial data, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals and expand the client base is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement
Proficiency in financial analysis and offering customized financial solutions
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities, as well as a results-oriented and target-driven approach
Experience in financial services or NBFCs is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Knowledge of financial products and services, and local market dynamics is desirable
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced business environment
