Role Summary We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager โ Travel Agents to manage, grow, and nurture our network of travel agency partners. The role involves driving engagement, building trust, improving agent performance, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. Responsibilities Actively engage with onboarded travel agents to ensure activation and regular usage of the platform. Follow up post-onboarding to drive bookings and increase adoption of our travel products. Understand agent needs and offer personalized support to convert leads into bookings. Monitor agent activity, identify inactive accounts, and implement reactivation strategies. Educate agents on new features, offers, and booking tools through calls, demos, or webinars. Work closely with the operations and product teams to resolve booking-related issues quickly. Collect feedback from agents to improve the platform experience and address common concerns. Track agent-wise booking data, set performance benchmarks, and share insights with management. Run periodic sales campaigns or incentive programs to push bookings from agents. Ensure excellent partner experience through continuous engagement and proactive communication. Qualifications Graduate in Travel, Business, or related field. 1โ3 years in B2B travel sales or agent relations. Strong communication and follow-up skills.
