Shriram Life Insurance Channel - Direct Life Insurance Location :- Thane , Pune & Andhari East ( Mahastra) JD:- ### Job Description: Direct Marketing Front Line Sales Manager #### Responsibilities: 1. **Team Leadership and Management: ** - Recruit, train, and manage a team of direct marketing sales agents specializing in life insurance products. - Set performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure team productivity and achievement of sales goals. 2. **Sales Strategy and Execution: ** - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales revenue and market penetration. - Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives. - Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities and motivating team members to achieve individual and team targets. 3. **Customer Relationship Management:** - Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution. 4. **Market Research and Competitive Analysis: ** - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments relevant to life insurance products and direct marketing channels. - Utilize market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation. #### Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). - Proven experience in direct marketing, sales management, or related roles within the life insurance industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers and stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
