Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their banking requirements. Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships with customers. Develop a strong understanding of the local market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, conversions achieved, and customer feedback. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in Banking Sales or related fields such as CASA Sales or Field Sales. Strong knowledge of banking products and services offered by various banks. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
