Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential residential and commercial real estate opportunities aligned with Solitaire Valley's portfolio.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and offering tailored solutions from the company's diverse property listings.
  • Actively promote Solitaire Valley's properties through various marketing channels to enhance visibility and generate leads effectively.
  • Coordinate property viewings, negotiate deals, and oversee the sales process from initial contact to successful closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties, pricing, market trends, and legal aspects to clients, guiding them through informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, contribute to expanding Solitaire Valley's client base, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking opportunities, exhibitions, and other relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and marketing efforts.
  • Close deals with clients.
  • Manage existing client relationships
  • Meet sales targets
  • Coordinate real estate development projects

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of 1-3 years in real estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial properties.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends, legal regulations, and property management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
