Job Description

Technical Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop systems, laptops, printers, and office IT equipment.
  • Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and productivity applications.

Web Hosting & Server Management

  • Administer and troubleshoot

    cPanel

    ,

    Linux-based hosting

    , and shared hosting environments.
  • Monitor server performance, perform backups, manage FTP accounts, and ensure website uptime.
  • Resolve hosting issues such as database errors, file permission issues, SSL configuration, and DNS propagation delays.

Email & Mail Server Support

  • Configure and troubleshoot

    mail servers

    , email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mobile Mail), and SMTP/IMAP/POP issues.
  • Manage email delivery problems, spam filtering, MX records, and email security protocols.

Domain Registration & Management

  • Handle domain registration, renewals, DNS updates, and name server configurations through platforms such as

    GoDaddy

    , and other registrars.
  • Manage DNS zones, A records, CNAME, TXT records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings.
  • Assist with website migration, domain transfers, and integration with real estate platforms.

Internal Team Support

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for all staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Document support cases, solutions, and procedures to improve internal knowledge base.
  • Provide basic training for non-technical users on digital tools, email systems, and software applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Analyst or IT Support Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of

    cPanel

    , domain registration, DNS management, and

    GoDaddy

    platform.
  • Experience in

    web hosting

    , website troubleshooting, and server environments.
  • Proficiency in

    mail server configuration

    and resolving email delivery issues.
  • Solid understanding of

    hardware and software troubleshooting

    across Windows/Mac environments.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, backups, and data protection.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in the

    real estate or property management

    industry.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website content updates.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, or similar) are a plus.
