Account Exec. / Assistant - Urgent Hiring (Immediate Joiner Required

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations at local sites, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient processing of bills, GST, and TDS. The role supports the smooth financial functioning of the organization through diligent record-keeping and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations and maintain accurate site-level financial records.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain account statements and transactions.
• Process and verify bills, invoices, and payments.
• File GST and TDS returns online using relevant tax software.
• Assist with annual audits, documentation, and statutory filings.
• Review and post journal entries, including adjustments and closing entries.
• Prepare fixed asset, amortization, and depreciation schedules.
• Monitor cash balances and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare annual budgets, cash flow projections, and monthly financial reports.
• Reconcile inter-unit and party accounts.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• B

  achelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business management.
• Strong analytical and computer skills, including MS Office proficiency (especially Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in real estate accounting is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and complete tasks efficiently.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS processes
