Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and grow relationships with large Indian corporates (

  ₹2000 Cr+ turnover).

• Drive business for

  Working Capital

  ,

  Term Loans

  ,

  LCBD

  , and other asset-based products.
• Structure and participate in

  consortium/syndicated lending

  and multi-banking deals.
• Analyze financial statements and ratios for creditworthiness assessment.
• Collaborate with credit, legal, risk, and operations teams for deal closure and compliance.
• Ensure complete post-sanction documentation and client servicing.
• Meet assigned revenue and asset targets with high client satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and increase wallet share.
• Provide complete and transparent product and service information.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 7–9 years of experience in

  Corporate/Wholesale Banking

  , managing large corporate clients.
• Proven track record in

  lending, credit analysis

  , and

  deal structuring

  .
• Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and close large-ticket deals.
• Strong analytical and relationship-handling abilities.
• Proactive, client-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualification:-

• Bachelor's degree in

  Finance / Commerce / Business Administration / Economics

  (MBA preferred).
• Certifications in

  Credit Risk/Corporate Banking

  would be an added advantage.
