Role Description:

This full-time role is for a Relationship Manager based in Mumbai (Malad West & Thane). The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing appropriate loan solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their financial goals, preparing loan applications, tele calling, marketing activities, coordinating with various financial institutions, and ensuring smooth processing of loans. Candidates will also be required to maintain a strong network with banks and NBFCs, keep updated with latest financial products, and work closely with the sales and compliance teams.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in client relationship management

Knowledge of various loan products such as mortgage loans, home loans, and business loans

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with financial regulations and loan processing procedures

Experience in the financial sector is a plus
