Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Chandigarh, Ludhiana & Amritsar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local and National partner identifying and offering tailored health insurance solutions. Daily tasks include promoting company services, assisting with claim processing, coordinating with partners and internal teams, and achieving set sales targets. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer service practices, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of health insurance, including products
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms; proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
