Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sourcing:
Actively seek out new LAP leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs and promote LAP products.
Loan Application Processing:
Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately.
Credit Appraisal and Assessment:
Evaluate the financial status of applicants to determine their eligibility for a LAP, including income assessment and property valuation.
Loan Disbursement and Monitoring:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely disbursement of approved loans and monitor repayments.
Customer Service and Issue Resolution:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and resolving any issues related to their LAP accounts.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve individual and team sales targets for LAP disbursements and portfolio growth.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes related to LAP financing.
