Designation: Relationship Manager Number of openings : 2 Experience : 1-3 years Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai Job Profile Client co-ordination and maintaining good relation with Clients. Training, motivating and developing of Clients. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior when required. Handling 30+ Accounts of 20 Cr. To 30 Cr. Portfolio. Making Spreadsheets. Required Skills . Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance their experience. Act as the key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct periodic client reviews to assess satisfaction and service improvements. Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and MIS reports. Maintain strong relationships with existing APs & BPs to increase revenue and trading volumes.
