Were on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Creative Designer to join our marketing and branding team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content creation from behind the lens to the editing suite and is excited to travel for event coverage and social media storytelling. Job Overview As a Creative Designer, you’ll be the visual voice of our brand. You’ll attend and cover corporate and investor events within and outside Mumbai, capturing high-quality photos and videos. You’ll also handle editing, content creation, and manage our digital presence across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Capture compelling photos and videos at internal and external events (travel required). • Edit content using industry-standard tools to align with brand tone and standards. • Design engaging visuals for digital and print platforms (social media, brochures, banners, etc.). • Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. • Present ideas clearly and confidently in team meetings. • Maintain a consistent visual style across all communications. Requirements: • Proven experience in photography, videography, and post-production editing. • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects). • Strong creative and visual skills with attention to detail. • Ability to travel for shoots and events (within and outside Mumbai). • Prior experience in managing social media pages is a strong plus. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
