As a Relationship Manager - Sales (Mutual Funds) at our company based in Guwahati, Assam, your role will involve acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and assisting investors in achieving their financial objectives through appropriate mutual fund solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new clients by actively reaching out to potential leads. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients, offering personalized service and assistance to meet their investment requirements and goals. - Perform thorough client needs assessments to grasp their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and suggest suitable mutual fund products and solutions. - Educate clients on the advantages of the products offered. - Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to assess their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial requirements. - Implement timely portfolio adjustments and rebalancing strategies to enhance portfolio performance and mitigate risk. - Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes influencing the mutual fund industry. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation/Post-graduation in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in mutual fund sales, investment advisory, or wealth management. - Profound knowledge of financial markets and investment products. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Relevant NISM/AMFI Certification.
