Job Description: Relationship Manager (Rayon Solar) Location - Amravati, Akola, Nagpur, Yavatmal, Wardha, Buldhana, Jalgaon, Vidarbha region Exp Required - 1 to 2 yrs We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive the growth of our solar solutions business. This role involves actively identifying potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and offering customized solar energy solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Executive will also be instrumental in building long-term relationships with clients and contributing to the company’s overall sales goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Identify and Generate New Sales Opportunities o Use various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms to identify potential customers. o Research and target specific markets or industries that can benefit from solar solutions. o Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales activity. 2. Conduct Site Visits and Assess Suitability o Visit prospective client locations to evaluate their energy requirements and site suitability for solar installations. o Conduct surveys and feasibility assessments to provide accurate recommendations. o Gather necessary information to design tailored solar energy solutions. 3. Present and Promote Solar Products and Services o Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations highlighting the benefits of solar energy solutions. o Explain technical aspects in an easy-to-understand manner for different types of customers. o Address customer queries and concerns to build trust and confidence in the product. 4. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships o Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction. o Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond. o Provide excellent after-sales support to foster customer loyalty and referrals. 5.
