Job Requirements Role/Job Title: Relationship Manager-Rural Business Banking Function/Department: Rural Banking Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential business banking clients in the rural areas. Identify and acquire new business banking clients through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking. Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of potential clients to determine creditworthiness and suitability for business banking products. Cross-sell and upsell a range of business banking products and services to existing clients to increase revenue and deepen relationships. Monitor and manage the performance of the business banking portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquencies. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks. Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide customized solutions and excellent customer service to clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the bank. Education Qualification Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.
