Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience managing retail mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to determine the best course of action. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of mortgage loan applications. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and portfolio performance. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of retail mortgages, including features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Proficiency in using technology platforms to manage client relationships and transactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client financial situations.
