Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for our on-site location in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibility for this role will include managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing personalized insurance solutions. The Relationship Manager will work closely with customers to ensure seamless service delivery while facilitating the company's growth through cross-selling, upselling, and relationship-building strategies. Additional tasks include addressing client queries, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional engagement.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
Customer service and problem-solving skills to address customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
Sales skills, including cross-selling and upselling, with the ability to meet targets and close deals.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining client data accurately for reporting and follow-ups.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts and daily tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
