Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at our company based in Surat, Gujarat, you will be a key player in our sales operations team, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with our international clients in the US and Canada. Your role will not involve fieldwork, but will require you to be proficient in English and able to work the night shift from 07:30 PM to 4:30 AM. Your responsibilities will include coordinating internally and externally for product design creation and upload, managing existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, generating new business through upselling and cross-selling, supporting the business development team in achieving sales targets, processing customer orders accurately and timely, handling customer inquiries effectively, creating and maintaining sales reports, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, utilizing CRM tools for lead management, and conducting market research and competitor analysis. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, proficiency in English, knowledge of MS Office and CRM software, an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. You should also be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
