Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive service delivery.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of banking products to existing clients through targeted marketing campaigns and personalized pitches.
Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in client servicing processes.

Job Requirements :

1-5 years of experience in key account management or a related field (e.g., sales, marketing).
Strong knowledge of Bengali language is required.
Proven track record in retaining high-value clients through excellent customer service skills.
Ability to develop effective strategies for cross-selling/upselling financial services products.
