Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank, with 5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in micro mortgages and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibility:

Manage and develop client relationships to increase business growth.

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages.

Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly micro mortgages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with clients.
