Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, specifically in micro mortgages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management and sales. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research. Conduct customer needs analysis to provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in micro mortgages. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in micro mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams is an added advantage.
