Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and resolution of issues. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client complaints and concerns. Provide excellent customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Strong knowledge of financial products and services related to micro mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
