Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager with 10 years of experience to lead our Micro Mortgage team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI industry, particularly in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize business outcomes. Job Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages or related fields. Strong knowledge of micro mortgage products and services, including features and benefits. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
