Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual fund sales.

Roles and Responsibility:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Provide expert advice on mutual fund products, including investment strategies and risk management techniques.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality customer service.

Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive and compliant.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in mutual fund sales or a related field, with a strong track record of success.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations, with a focus on mutual funds.

Ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
