Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in Micro Finance, Receivables, and Relationship Management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to optimize business outcomes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Micro Finance, Receivables, and Relationship Management.
Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
