Job Description

Looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual fund collections.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with mutual fund investments.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in mutual fund collections.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for building strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
Experience working with financial products, such as mutual funds, is an advantage.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures is essential.
