Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with standalone merchants and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to increase merchant onboarding and portfolio growth. Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in areas such as Assets, Inclusive Banking, and Merchant OD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and develop effective solutions. Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with financial products and services, including mortgages and other banking products.
