Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients for Demat, Trading, and Investment products and ensure smooth onboarding and KYC completion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their financial goals, and recommend appropriate equity, derivatives, and investment products within regulatory guidelines.
  • Generate revenue through brokerage, cross-selling of mutual funds, insurance, IPOs, and other financial instruments.
  • Identify and onboard new franchise partners or sub-brokers and support them in business development.
  • Provide product training, trading platform assistance, and regular performance reviews to franchise partners.
  • Deliver market updates, coordinate with the research team for investment ideas, and support clients in executing trades.
  • Resolve client queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition, revenue, and franchise growth while following compliance standards.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of stock markets, equity/F&O, mutual funds, and trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication, sales ability, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proficient in broking operations and compliance norms.
