Relationship Manager

A Home Loan Executive's primary responsibility is to drive sales of home loan products, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth loan processing from application to disbursement. They are also responsible for understanding client needs, recommending appropriate loan options, and fulfilling sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Generate and qualify leads, both through open market and developer relationships. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Present and promote home loan products to potential customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Customer Service and Loan Processing: Assess client needs and recommend suitable loan options. Handle the end-to-end loan process, including application, verification, processing, and disbursement. Ensure adherence to KYC guidelines and documentation requirements. Provide timely updates to customers throughout the loan cycle. Address customer queries and resolve issues. Cross-selling and Relationship Management: Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell other products to home loan customers (e.g., insurance). Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
